MARTIN GREEN: Ford New Car Sales Business Manager/Controller, Oldham Martin has over 30 Years experience in the motor industry and has been with OMC Ford since 1991. During his time he has held several different positions including Business Manager, Used Car Sales Manager, and now New Car Sales Manager. Martin has successfully completed numerous courses through Henry Ford College including finance and business management to name but a few. ROB SUTTON: New & Used Car Sales Business Manager/Controller, Rochdale. Rob started his sales career in 1997 working for Pepsi as a Sales Rep. at the age of 20. After being on the road for 3 years and getting a little bored of his own company every day, he decided a change was needed and the motortrade was it. Having had a passion for cars as far as he can remember, Rob started out as a Trainee Sales Executive in 1999. After working for Peugeot, then Volkswagon, Rob landed at OMC in July 2005 with 6 years of excellent Car Sales history behind him. Rob was quickly promoted to our New and Used Car Sales Business Manager in Rochdale. Working closely with the sales manager, Stewart, they have managed to increase the Ford Oval Brand in Rochdale and year on year improve awareness of this relatively new Dealership. Rob is now our New and Used Car Controller in Rochdale as well as Business Manager, so from start to finish he will help our customers experience a more individual and personal experience when buying their next car, from bespoke tailored finance packages, to the ins and outs of every deal, Rob will strive to get the perfect deal for all our customers. During what little spare time Rob has, he is a keen mountain biker and likes nothing more than to get out on his bike away from the hussle and bussle of daily life. SIMON WOODWARD: Ford Motability Specialist, Oldham Simon has 20 years experience in the motor industry of which he has spent 15 at OMC Ford. His current role of Motability specialist involves assisting disabled people with their transportation requirements via the Motability scheme. Simon's fleet of Motability vehicles is now in excess of six hundred and continues to show consistent growth. During his spare time Simon has a passion for classic cars and walking his German Shepherd around his home town of Shaw. NIGEL STOCK: Ford Sales Executive, Oldham Nigel has 14 years industry experience with both Ford cars and commercial vehicles. During his time with Ford he was the only one of 10 candidates to successfully complete a foundation certificate in automotive retail management at university whilst working full time. BRIAN CHENEY: Ford Motability Specialist, Rochdale A resident of Chadderton, Brian joined OMC back in 1990 on used car sales in our Oldham branch before moving to Rochdale to take responsibility for the Motability department. His personal commitment is to deliver a completely satisfying purchase experience and as such regularly tops our charts on customer satisfaction. Married to Maureen for 28 years with a son Peter training to be an accountant. ANDY MCCAW: Ford Sales Executive, Rochdale Andy truly is "MR FORD" in Rochdale. He joined Tom Mellor Ford as an apprentice mechanic at the tender age of 16 back in 1979. He has remained with Ford for his entire career because in his own words (I just love 'em). He downed tools and began his sales career in 1990 and has become known as the man to go to if you want a Ford in this town. The main reason for his success comes from his belief that happy customers are the most important thing and as a result he always makes time to talk to any of his customers whether its at our service reception, down the pub or even on the supermarket car park. Married with 3 children, when he is not in the dealership he can either be found down the Plough on Oldham road or cheering on his 11 year old son Ryan at football. RON NOWELL: Ford Sales Executive, Rochdale What Ron doesn't know about Ford in Rochdale hasn't been written. He began his career for J. Taylor in Rawtenstall in 1979 before Moving to Tom Mellor in 1990 for 10 years. He then spent several years with Renault before recently returning to the Ford family with OMC re-uniting him with several former colleagues in both sales and service. When not dealing with numerous loyal customers built up over the last 3 decades he is an avid speedway fan and regularly asks the boss for an early finish so he can catch a meeting in Sheffield or further afield.
